Finishing the website for now. Lots of loose ends to tie up and polish off. Gearing up now for the release, big help from the 22Twenty gang in getting things together. Links above, etc. should be changed to album pre-save links/current newest single released. Got added to LimRing which is a huge honour - see the buttons at the footer of the page to explore some other Limerick and Limerick-adjacent artists. Hmmm what else is going on? Excited to get stuff out there now. This album has been a long journey in learning how to rid myself of crippling shame, and it will be nice to see it out of my hands, so to speak - born and out there in the world, and no longer under my influence. It's been a long and painful ride! But that's what it's all about when it comes to art - your point of view, no matter how awkward and weird - and the translation of ideas that come to you and let you fall in love. With this site, I'm most excited to get all the essentials done so that I can work on the sketchbooks section. I'm planning on having the real sketchbooks and clickable objects which then open a real book-style reader, with PREV and NEXT buttons to flick through scans of sketchbooks new and old. I'm most interested to see how much I will disclude or filter out of the sketchbooks instead of letting the beauty just flow.

Added better looking page buttons, and now they link to actual pages. The gallery has low-res pics of the band that use that same .gif rendering. Experimenting with limiting the colours as much as possible/trying to keep the entire site below 1MB is fun. I like the random layout of the pics due to them being different sizes and piling them in right beside eachother in the html file. Maybe I'll refine the locations and sizes, or maybe I'll forfeit to beauty and stop chasing perfect. BEAUTY>PERFECTION. Also added the 'videos' page. Can include 4:3 and vertical Shorts which is cool. Experimenting with sizes/percentage width. Here's a pic of Fergus's kitchen which he converted into a studio. We shot and recorded some live tracks there on his new 8-track.

Adding bits and pieces to the site. Links are incorrect rn - they just link to BANK PROLOGUE, my first album. All are just the same Spotify placeholder link. Using .gif rendering in Photoshop to find cool textures for the buttons. The backgrounds look like marble or something. Really small files but look amazing and crisp which is cool. Added a glow to the blog terminal. Not really fucking with the font of it though. This is all part of a grind to get as many assets together as I can for the next album, 'ty4beingthere'.
